I had my left knee replaced. I went into physical therapy the next week. For six weeks my therapy was at an impasse. I just couldn’t get much extension in my knee. My therapist suggested to try Astym therapy and we did. The results started to change the same day. It was unbelievable. I started to get more mobility in my knee. After six more weeks I got to around 103 degrees of bend in my knee thanks to Astym therapy and my therapist. It really helped.
