To ensure the most favorable learning experience for all attendees, host facilities must be able to meet all the requirements within the hosting duties document found here.

There’s no additional administrative costs for having Astym therapy come to you! All you need to do is complete the requirements found in the hosting duties document which is emailed to all interested hosts. Host clinics are responsible for providing the necessary space, equipment, and arrangements to make the Astym course successful. If you do not have adequate exercise equipment, linen, etc. it will be your responsibility to borrow it from a colleague or purchase it prior to class.

An open course allows host facilities to certify their clinicians but is open to outside attendees and is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A reserved course is reserved only for clinicians at the host facility. Typical courses have a minimum of 16 attendees and can be expanded based on your available space and interested clinicians up to 50.

You can request as many weekends as you would like to certify your clinicians. All course dates are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a couple of weekends in mind, please submit a request for on-site training so we can reserve the best weekend for you.

Also, please note that when scheduling a course, please request a weekend that’s at least 6 weeks in advance. This helps create a better experience for possible participants and allows us to ensure enough time for instructor placement, outside participants’ travel arrangements, online coursework, etc.
