This option offers a low upfront payment and lets clinics pay for the program over a 5-year period, with annual payments of $995 each. Once the payments are concluded for a clinician, then that clinician becomes a LIFETIME PROVIDER.

Per Site

The best choice for larger organizations.

A one-time payment of $1,355 per clinician, and then a tiered, annual per clinic charge tailored to the size of each clinic: 1-5 clinicians $1,000; 6-10 clinicians: $2,000; 11-15 clinicians: $3,000; 16-20 clinicians: $4,000. This is a great fit for multi-clinic organizations that plan to certify the majority of their team.
