13 Oct Chronic Plantar Fasciitis – Nothing Would Work Until I Found Astym Therapy
I suffered with plantar fasciitis pain daily for 11 1/2 years. At times it was extremely painful. In the beginning, I had a baby learning to crawl, and I was crawling right along with her. I bought a chair to sit on in the shower. Over the years, I purchased dozens of orthotics (some custom), night boots, received physical therapy, ultrasound, e-stim, and other various treatments and medications. I found some orthotics that helped but I still had pain every day. Until my podiatrist referred me to the PT who used Astym therapy. I have been nearly pain-free for over a year! I sincerely never thought I would never be rid of plantar fasciitis. I can’t tell you how grateful I am.
