29 May Plantar Fasciitis – Astym Therapy Worked, I Am Now Pain free!
I was having severe pain in my Achilles tendons and on the bottom of each foot. This pain started in September 2014 and during the busy holiday season I was on my feet quite a bit. It became so painful that I could barely stand it. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and Morton’s neuroma by my podiatrist. I started Astym treatment at Benchmark Therapy with Daniel. True the treatment is uncomfortable at first but after 14 treatments, I am now pain free. Benchmark is a great facility and the physical therapists there are wonderful. I am now pain free and I know now how to exercise and do the appropriate stretches that will keep me this way. Astym therapy worked for me. I was also fitted with orthotics which helps greatly. They can be interchanged with all my shoes.
