11 Jan Horsing Around – Astym Therapy Helped After Injury

On Sept 28th, I was headed to work and got bucked off my horse. I ended up breaking my fibula and tearing every ligament in my knee. I went in for physical therapy and have been having treatments with Laura for a while now and can bend my knee to 130 degrees now. I go in January 27th to have my ACL and PCL grafted in and then begin therapy again! I am ahead of the schedule thanks to Laura and her Astym treatments!
