I suffered hip pain for about 6 years and I was always in extreme pain or on drugs. My mobility was so limited I couldn’t even tie my own shoes. I had my right hip replaced in October and did about 6 weeks of physical therapy and Astym after my surgery. Six weeks after my surgery I was able to bike and eight weeks after I was able to ski. Feeling great!
