After two treatments i could tell that Astym was decreasing my pain. I have had issues and been to therapy for my elbow and forearm pain in the past, but after 8 sessions of Astym treatment my pain and discomfort was gone and has not returned.
I would recommend Astym to anyone. I also liked that i could feel the difference from one treatment to the next.
