Astym therapy is great for me because it has been used on my shoulder and both knees. It helps with the scar tissue in healing and helps to get my muscles back in order. My therapist Mona is a Great Person and helps me a lot. I can’t give her any gift, as it is not allowed but she is the #1 in my book.
