I hurt my shoulder 2 1/2 years ago. I have gone to chiropractors, massage therapists, my regular doctor, and several sessions of regular physical therapists and nothing has seemed to work. I was referred to try Astym therapy from my regular therapist and I figured it wasn’t going to hurt to try it. After about 2 months of twice a week my shoulder is feeling much better.
