I had a fusion in 2013 and now have another herniated disc in my neck. I started seeing Kayla and Jamie at Momentum PT and they began Astym Therapy twice a week. It has helped me go from working and going straight to bed daily to living a full life again. It really helped with my movement and pain in general. I am now pregnant and still thriving thanks to Astym Therapy!
