09 Jan Astym Therapy Got Me Back In The Swing Of Things
I was suffering from tennis elbow. It was limiting my day to day activities as well as decreasing my strength in my grip. This went on for about 4 months before seeking help from my physical therapist Julian Manrique at Focus Physical Therapy in Rancho Santa Margarita California. He recommended Astym treatment. I was so happy that within the first 3 treatments I began to feel pain free and started getting the strength back in my arm and hand.
I was able to lift heavy objects and go back to playing recreational tennis. I can’t begin to express how much happier I am day to day being pain free. I am a true believer in Astym treatment and have recommended it to family and friends.
