When I started therapy after my shoulder replacement I could barely move my shoulder. But after 5 to 6 sessions of Astym therapy I was almost reaching my goals that were set by my Dr. I graduated on 8-17-17, without Astym therapy I think I would still be in therapy another 3 to 4 weeks.
