I have had multiple muscle and inflammatory issues that have been eased and cured with Astym treatment. I have had elbow tendonitis and an ankle sprain worked on with Astym therapy and it helped so much. I would recommend the treatment to anyone with severe muscle issues. It is easy and non invasive and not painful at all.
