I had chronic low back pain that was preventing me from sleeping. I would wake up at 3 in the morning in pain and had pain throughout the day when sitting, walking, or driving. In addition, I had very little flexibility in my lower back. I had tried creams and heating pads. I don’t like to take painkillers, so I was looking for an alternative. Astym was a miracle treatment. After the first visit, I could detect a reduction in pain and improvement in my flexibility. After 6 visits, I am very thankful to be sleeping through the night again and not waking up in agony. I would highly recommend this treatment.
