I was already going to physical therapy for my elbow, but didn’t get Astym treatment on it. My left elbow already hurt to bad so they did surgery on it. While I was on light duty, I started to have pain in my right elbow cause it was taking on all the work. So I saw the doctor for my right and he sent me to physical therapy for it too. That’s when Sheila at SERC in Warrensburg had been trained to do the Astym treatment. She started doing Astym treatment on my right elbow and it is amazing how it is working. I would tell anyone to do this Astym treatment. It works great!
