I had to plan my entire day with rest breaks after everything I did. I felt like I spent more time resting than I did getting anything done. It was making me depressed because I have 4 very active boys who always want me to join in the fun!

Since discovering Astym therapy I am able to attend all my kid’s baseball games and soccer games, cheer in the stands and instead of laying down afterward, we go for ice cream!
I was skeptical at first because I have tried many other forms of treatment but now I am grateful for not giving up and finding Astym therapy.
