19 Jan Astym Therapy Was A Big Help With My Frozen Shoulder
I stepped on a very old rusty nail on Grand Turk in August. Upon returning I visited the local urgent care facility for a tetanus shot. I am not big on immunizations but being I had been in a foreign country I felt it necessary. I feel like I did all of my normal activities even though I experienced prolonged shoulder pain for approx. 6 weeks until it got to where I limited mobility of my shoulder joint. I visited Colorado and was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I worked with Ella in PT for approximately 2 months . I really liked the Astym therapy vs the other manipulation procedures. I am not quite back to where I need to be but have been released to manage the exercise and wear a brace at home. Thanks Ella!!!
