28 Feb Astym Therapy Got Rid of My Back Pain

After driving back to Wyoming from Nebraska my lower back was starting to kill me. At one point it was so bad that my back would lock up and put me on the ground… I went to Momentum Physical Therapy and on my first they had me do stretches and an Astym treatment… after the second treatment 2 days later I could get up out of bed and out of my office chair with little to no pain. Astym therapy is amazing and I can’t wait to get on the golf course once the weather gets better. I can do things again that I wouldn’t do in fear of hurting my back. Knowing that I can go get Astym therapy if it starts hurting again is true peace of mind.
