10 Jun Miracle! Astym Worked For My Knee Problem
Being a preschool teacher to 14 very active 3 and 4 year olds is a very demanding job. When I began to have difficulty climbing steps, kneeling to tie shoes, and trouble getting up and down off of the floor, I discovered that I had tendonitis in my left knee. My pain was severe and I suffered with it for 8 months! My physical therapist, Ashley, who was an awesome person, tried some stretching and strengthening exercises to no avail. When she suggested Astym, I was totally game because I was ready for relief.
Ashley and Astym were miracles! Only after four Astym treatments I had my full range of motion back and my pain was gone. I feel totally blessed to have been an Astym patient. I do not think I would be where I am today without Ashley and Astym!
