I had apparently injured my right knee while doing yard work, and thought I would give it some time to heal. After about a month, I saw no improvement, and thought it might be time to seek professional help. I have a very good friend who happens to be a physical therapist. I had a noticeable limp. After approximately six Astym treatments, along with some normal stretching exercises, the knee feels normal again.
Astym and the wonderful guidance I received from my friend has made a true believer out of me.
