04 Nov My Recovery After Bilateral Mastectomy with Astym Therapy

I had bilateral mastectomy and radiation.
To help me recover quicker, I tried regular occupational therapy at the hospital, but I was still in a lot of pain after that… Then, I learned about a physical therapist named Mary Rachford who’s certified in Astym treatment.
She’s been using Astym therapy on me and I can’t believe the difference!
I have less pain, I can stand up straight – I just keep getting better and better every day!
I highly recommend FYZICAL in Naperville Illinois!
