My left shoulder and neck had been hurting since January 2017 after carrying around a backpack vacuum around for six months. I had a myleogram done and that didn’t find anything wrong with me so then I had a steroid injection which didn’t help the pain. I had a MRI of my neck and then another of my shoulder and they both came out fine so I was referred to a pain management doctor who suggested I go to physical therapy and have Astym therapy done. After 9 visits. Twice a week for four weeks I can say that I have very little pain.
