I received Astym therapy during my rehab for my ACL. I found it beneficial for not only my knee, but for my plantar fasciitis as well. My feet have been a constant annoyance for about a year now and I tried several arch supports, but found no relief. Finally the PTA recommended I try Astym therapy and I felt results soon after. It seemed as if several pounds had been lifted off my feet and the constant ache was no longer an issue. My feet no longer are getting in the way of my daily activities. I highly recommend Astym therapy.
