I came into therapy with pain in my right shoulder . My doctor diagnosed me with bursitis and tendonitis. My therapist started me with the regular exercises and then she did Astym therapy also for added relief. The pain relief took a couple of treatments but it worked well. I would recommend Astym therapy to anyone that needs pain relief.
