12 Feb Chronic Sciatica – Finally Got Relief with Astym therapy. I Am So Grateful!
I am 42 years old and have been suffering from Sciatica for 11 years. I had back surgery 11 years ago and have never been the same. I got another bout of sciatica about 3 months ago, was having issues walking, driving, working and taking care of my family. I have been going to physical therapy for 8 weeks with no luck and no relief, had an MRI done and nothing abnormal was reported. As a last resort after nothing was working they tried Astym therapy after the first treatment my lower leg stopped hurting was instant relief. I have no had 3 treatments and now I am able to walk up and down stairs with no pain and drive, sleep, and play with my children. I am just amazed and so grateful that there is this therapy available to me it has been a life saver.
