I recently had arthroscopy surgery on my right knee. Surgery itself went extremely well but several weeks after the surgery I was still experiencing instability, pain, and discomfort (even with physical therapy.) Seeing my frustration the wonderful therapist that were helping decided to give Astym treatment a try. By the second session I was able to drive pain free to Charlotte, stop taking my anti inflammatory medicine, and walk distance without having to look for something to hold on to. I highly recommend Astym treatment to anyone not getting anywhere with traditional therapy.
