31 May Thanks Laura! Astym Therapy Relieved My Back Pain
I hadn’t been able to shop without a cane or cart for years. I had back surgery about two years ago and at first it was better but shortly after I began having back pain again, and if I tried to stand for a short period without my cane or sit in a straight chair my pain was increased greatly. I could no longer lay on my back to do exercises. My doctor sent me back for physical therapy and Laura suggested Astym therapy. Shortly I began to have improvement and I now have very little pain and can go shopping for hours without my cane or any pain. I am a quilter and I can sit and sew for hours, too. I would recommend Astym therapy for anyone before surgery or after.
