I had extensive shoulder surgery and suffered pain in the deltoid muscle. Ella suggested Astym therapy and I agreed. Astym therapy gave me the relief that I needed to do the required exercises to strengthen the shoulder. I would recommend this treatment to others. There is no discomfort just a form of a relaxing massage.
